Dolly came to my home to discuss high conflict child custody case she was in a rush to leave to pick up her children when they texted during the meeting we originally agreed verbally by thumbtack email $200 to prepare a supplemental 5 page declaration I gave her $300 cash in good faith I requested her to organize the exhibits for trial she refused to finish assignment claiming that my case is twisted not interested to proceed further with assistance even though I agreed to pay more for the organization of the exhibits this is the third paralegal that I have hired through thumback please buyer beware to not pay in advance

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have some standard pricing, however, we will gladly beat any written quote or advertisement to earn your business!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial meeting where we enter into a contract and find out about what services are being requested to prepare. The documents are prepared in 1-4 days, and the we call the client to come in and pick up the documents or we send the documents to the client via email, fax or registered mail.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors Degree and currently enrolled in law school. 17 years law firm experience.
