What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and our work and guarantees cant be touched.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want you to know what to expect. Normally I will inspect the property, go over any major defects at the end of the inspection if the buyer is present. A full report in PDF is delivered through email. hard copies are available through the office. We will be available either by phone or email if any questions arise concerning the report exist.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had formal training through Heartland In Indianapolis, training through InterNachi, and I have passed the National Exam. I also trained under my father who is a Master Inspector.
