- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for all military and first responders. We also have different monthly and seasonal discounts. Our pricing overall is very competitive with our competition. We do every job to fit our customers price range and try to give them the most bang for their buck.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with new customers starts with us setting up a consultation with either our contractor or a member of our sales team. We set all consultations to best suit the customers schedule, we work weekends if that best suits our clients. We then meet with our clients at their home to see their backyard for a new pool, we must see the property to get an idea for access of equipment and materials, as well as property conditions for water issues, ac or water lines, sprinklers...etc... For our remodels we meet to see and measure the pool/spa for precise numbers, as well as checking for dead man lines or hydrostatic plugs. We then go to the office and work an exact estimate for our customers so there wont be any hidden fees or charges for unforeseen issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a state issued CPC license. Our CPC license covers us to do construction, renovations, and servicing of all commercial and residential swimming pools. We also carry our CPO license which is a nation wide license to due directly with swimming pool maintenance and cleaning. We put all our employees thru the CPO courses so they are all qualified to maintain any swimming pool under our care. We also do constant training with all equipment manufactures to operate their equipment.
