The inspector showed up on time which I appreciate. He discussed what he found with me before he left. Soon after I was emailed a detailed report. Great customer service!

As a single mom and first time home owner I have to say I knew nothing about these termites! !! Not only did I not know what they were, I didn't have a clue as to where to go. I was so thankful that a friend hooked me with Insight Pest Management! They were extremely professional and not only solved my problem, they educated me and didn't treat me like a bug dummy. I was also very thankful they worked with me on the cost.
