- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As each person is unique with their gifts, talents and skill sets, I work with my clients to asses and identify their specific needs and create goals and an actionable plan to help achieve them. Whether navigating a career change, responding to business opportunities or launching into business ownership, I help my client’s identify obstacles that stand in the way of their success and create solutions to overcome them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and nearly a decade of experience working in for-profit and non-profit companies in human resources, development and marketing. My corporate background in human resources and recruitment gives me unique insight as a career coach and connecting people with passion to their purpose. I have studied coaching, business development and organizational management for years and have developed tools and tips to help my clients achieve maximum results that fit their individual needs and lifestyle goals.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been sought after as a coach and advisor as often co-workers, friends and family would come to me for advice or strategies to help them move forward in some capacity. I decided to leave corporate America in 2009 as I wanted to pursue and discover my true passion. This decision lead to ultimately creating 2 businesses! I started a design business in 2011 which allowed me to explore areas of creativity and design. My design work has been featured in Oprah Magazine, Santa Barbara Magazine and 805 Living Magazine, to name a few. Additionally, I founded Clare Briglio Coaching & Consulting as a way to combine my business knowledge and love for empowering others to find their true path in their career and life. I find deep fulfillment in giving back to my clients the tools and strategies I have learned that have enabled me to be successful. My deepest desire is for every person to discover who they are, find their passion and find or create a job that allows them to release who they are and their unique gift!
