- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have reasonable prices, All my services may not be quoted , just ask and I am sure that we can come to an agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask for my clients to share there positive and negative experiences in the past. I do so because who knows their hair better then themselves . The next step is using my knowledge and experience to help my clients understand the limitations and possibilities of what I can provide for them considering hair texture, condition , and length .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have participated in many classes, hair shows, and product training courses through the years. I like to stay current in the latest Hair Cut and Hair Coloring trends, always including the best products from my experience. Hair coloring is one of my specialties .
