- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard service fee is $49.95. This includes an on site diagnosis of the unit in question, a detailed plan of repair, as well as a flat rate estimate of what your particular repair is going to cost. There are no hidden charges, and as always if you choose to do the repair the service call fee is waived.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost understand that I am here for you. I will do everything possible to accommodate your scheduling needs. I schedule my calls in two hour intervals, and work on Saturday at no extra charge. I will call at least thirty minutes prior to my arrival at your home,or rental property. All landlords will receive a FREE on site property evaluation. My goal is to create a solution to your appliance problem that is prompt and precise, as well as economical. Together we can achieve this goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a very qualified service specialist with over 24yrs experience in the service industry. I have been to training classes for Whirlpool/Kenmore, as well as attending classes for Samsung. Over the course of 24yrs I have serviced all brands makes and models.
