Introduction: My Personal Training is a customized combination of Fitness/Strength/Endurance, Health Nutrition/ Fitness Supplementation and Stress Management, Flexibility and breathing techniques from Yoga. I've taught many different group classes and lead fitness/transformation challenges.
I am rewarded every time a client meets their goal or accomplishes a challenging task. I enjoy encouraging clients, pushing them to believe in their strength, keeping them accountable and watching their transformation to becoming a healthier person.
