- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis to determine our fee structure. The types of fees we consider include flat fee and retainer based billing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When someone calls our office seeking legal counsel they are greeted by our friendly secretary, Jessica. Jessica will gather the information she needs to direct your call to the appropriate attorney. We do our best to have an attorney available to speak with you right away. If, after speaking with an attorney about your legal matter, you choose to schedule a free consultation, we will ask that you bring all applicable paperwork. Our ultimate goal is to have you leave the consultation with confidence that you have all of the information you need to make good decisions for you and for your family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take great pride in the accomplishments of our team members. Our lawyers are all former DuPage County Prosecutors who have earned countless awards for their outstanding legal work. Dominick Dolci is a criminal defense and family law attorney with over 25 years of experience in private practice. His most recent accomplishments include being named a 2016 Top 100 National Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association. Patrick Weiland is a criminal defense attorney with over 20 years of experience. Prior to focusing his efforts in criminal defense, Pat was a Felony Prosecutor at the DuPage County State's Attorney's Office. As a prosecutor, Pat made a name for himself successfully handling both the largest healthcare fraud case in DuPage County and the largest embezzlement case in DuPage County History. Pat Weiland was also named a 2016 Top 100 National Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers Association. Alexander Sendlak is a family law / divorce attorney with over 10 years of experience. In 2016, Alex was named in the Top 40 Illinois Family Law Attorneys Under 40 by the National Advocates Top 100 Lawyers.
