- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Balloons Designs and Event Decor come in an array of styles and sizes, and are custom created for every occasion. For this reason the prices of our designs vary, and can be created for all budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client we ask them to complete our contact form. This form will give us a basic insight to their desired event. We also offer an one hour consultation to meet at the venue and discuss how we can transform the atmosphere to one that conveys our clients desire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Celebrations West GA is led by West Georgia’s first CBA (Certified Balloon Artist) with over 10 years experience. We are members of the Qualatex Balloon Network and we believe in continuous education. To ensure we bring you the best and latest in design we attend several workshops and conventions a year.
