I would like to update my review for Premium Plumbing as follows: I would like to change the rating I gave to Gold Standard Premium Plumbing. I initially gave them one star. I would like to change it to five ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. They contacted me about my concerns and came out to fix the problem in addition they installed a new control valve. I am satisfied with the work. They were very professional, considerate, prompt and they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Both of my toilets kept getting clogged so I called Premium Plumbing to assess and fix the underlying problem. The company sent a supervisor and top pro to address my concerns with their initial assessment and both guys provided exceptional customer service, did a thorough investigation, and clearly explained the cause and remedy of the plumbing problem. I will certainly work with Josh and his team again in the future.

These guys are awesome. Craig is a rock star. He finished installing 70’ septic lines, water line, pump in less than a day. Got it all signed off by the county. The county inspectors can hold up a job for months and Craig got them organized like a pro and all the work inspected and signed off with zero problems. That alone is huge! I so appreciated that he was working with me and wanted my project to be successful. True professional. Can’t recommend enough!
