Hating even the sight of blood at a young age I found myself trying to do CPR on my grandfather. Not knowing the proper technique I decided I wanted to make a difference by being there for others. Started out in the fire service lead to becoming a first responder then EMT then advanced emt and now I am studying Paramedic Science. Richard was an excellent instructor. He was patient and provided instructions that were easy to understand and to follow. He was able to get my CPR, 1st aid card to me earlier than expected since I had an deadline and needed it immediately. I was able to meet the deadline thanks to Richard getting my card to me in time.
