My pricing varies from each Event upon certain request or food items on the high end of cost.

I have degree in culinary arts. I specialize in seafood fabrication and preparation. I'd like to say I am the all around guy
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been professionally cooking for 13 years now and I came across a job that asked me to help cater. From there on I developed speed and technique from other jobs to form my own catering company.
