FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually a first consultation is free because sometimes its hard to gauge a problem via text or phone. So i have no problem coming out to the customers to get a in person view at what I'm looking before i begin. If I have to troubleshoot I will diagnose the problem, we will discuss options and price. Once we have agreed on but I will proceed with the work per the customers wish. I will ALWAYS establish a price before i do any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I will provide any background information if needed. Then we will talk about what the electrical problem is. I will proceed to diagnose the cause of the problem if warranted. We will then discuss options and price before i proceed any further.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a 5 year electrical apprenticeship in the Local 26 union. And i have 10 years of hands on field experience .
