FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
According to our clients, we offer quality cabinet lines less expensive than Home Depot, Lowe's, & IKEA.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an in-home consultation to review your project, discuss your needs, and take accurate measurements to start the design process. This will help us determine the best design options and info needed to quote the job. We do a follow-up consultation in your home with design options and a quote. If you decide to move forward, we discuss any other possible design changes and schedule an additional follow-up. Once the design meets your expectations, we move to the finalization and ordering stage. Cabinets take up to a couple weeks to be delivered after this point. We will coordinate delivery and installation date with you. Any demolition and construction must be coordinated prior to these dates. Once shipped, order is verified prior to installation. After installation, there is a final review of your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
