Detroit demo did a great and professional work, they were on time and very quick to respond with my quote and question, they removed a 2 car garage for me. 20 by 40, price was fair. I would use and recommend them again

Steve quoted me a fair price based on the pictures and dimensions I sent him and scheduled a date for the work to be completed. Steve showed up and worked for about 30mins. Removing my shed doors and cutting the sides. He then left and said his coworker had a flat tire. It has been 3 days since he started the job and has stopped responding to me. My shed was in bad shape but was still useable. Now with no doors and pieces cut off. It is not. Steve also asked for a 50% deposit before he even started the job. Good thing I didn't do that. I would not hire this guy and frankly he seemed like he was trying to scam me.

At times we arrive at a job that is different than was described by the customer and we need to make changes to the work order and the original quote. We have learned a lot from this experience and will strive to do a better job of confirming the scope of a job prior to providing a firm quote.
