Joe is very reliable and did a great job adding shelves to my garage. I was very happy with the outcome. Not only that but he is very honest when it came to materials needed for the garage shelves. He showed me a receipt of all items purchased. That is hard to find nowadays as most people feel that you should trust them. I actually had him come back for a paint job and will definitely use him in the future for other things I have planned. He and his assistant are very easy person to work with and so nice. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I give very fair prices to people. I am straightforward about any material cost, I show the customer the receipts so there are no hidden fees. I also offer discounts many times throughout the year, especially around holidays.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?first thing is to meet with the new customer, speak with them and have them show what they need done. I will always make sure the customers are happy and I also offer warranties on all the work I perform.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have two years of residential construction and Fine Carpentry in college. Also I have OSHA certificate. also I attend classes to extend my knowledge our new ideas and Greener solutions for homes.
