FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per job, depending on the size, the last time it was cleaned, the kinds of floors. I do not charge hourly, I give a flat price so the client knows exactly what they will be paying when they hire me. I am very competitive in my pricing. I can stay competitive in my pricing because I am not paying anyone else to do my cleanings for me. I do them myself. Large cleaning companies charge a lot because they are hiring people to clean for them, and the people in your home or business will vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get contacted by a new customer, I like to meet them and discuss exactly what they want done. I am here to please my customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 20 years of cleaning experience, I have an attention to detail. I was trained originally by another professional cleaner years ago. I learned a lot, and love to please my customers.
