- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discovery - I'll ask a ton of questions to ensure the work exceeds all expectations. I'd like to know the mission, goals and objectives of your request so we can then set a formal plan in place. As part of the job and after the site is live, I like to ensure the customer can take full ownership of their new site and contribute new content, make changes and upgrades.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've spent 18 years in web development, optimization and strategy. My media background working with the NBC Sports Group gives me a unique stance on customer acquisition, partner development, e-commerce and editorial tactics.
