- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
House cleaning is no easy task as most people know, and I work very hard when I'm on a job. I charge per job, depending on how big house is, how much work needs to be done and what the customer wants. For recurring the first time will almost always be more. Once the house is cleaned i will drop the price for recurring. he is a great asset. He is actually a painter by trade so summer time i have to have a new helper because he is. i am worth every penny. With move-outs I clean pretty much everything. inside of cabinets, ceiling fans, baseboards, fridge, i pull them out if possible, ovens inside and out, walls if needed. You can count on me to make your house look great for new owners, realtor or new tenants. My rate for cleaning a move-out starts at 200.00 of course depending on size and extent of what you would like done, it can go up to 300. how far i have to go, and I guarantee you will be happy. On recurring cleaning depending on size, extent of work to be done, I charge anywhere from 60 to 140. I give 110% to my work. I clean bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, living space, dusting, vacuuming, floors, window sills, ceiling fans, and if requested interior windows. If requested, I can shampoo carpets also but i have rent shampooer. For move-ins and move-outs I wipe down marks on walls and doors also, wipe baseboards, pull fridge and oven out clean behind, clean microwave, inside of cabinets if needed. I am are very meticulous.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out exactly what the customer is requesting, what exactly they would like cleaned and what type of time frame they have in mind. I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been trained to clean the surgery department at a veterans/ hospital that required special cleaning in regards to the operating room, the sterilization room, and the emergency department.
