- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?With pest control pricing varies with the pest at hand. Each individual pest service is priced depending on size of property, materials needed and warranty period.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?It is important to know what the customer knows in regards to the pest activity. Getting a first had account helps to identify what is going on in the home. A lot of times the information gathered from the homeowner helps in the process of inspection and treatments. Knowing the customers threshold or limit of pest activity they can tolerate also helps. Each pest is different and levels of activity can play a part in how long it takes to get complete control. I inform all customers of what to expect and how quickly they may see results. I follow up with my customers to insure the work is done completely and problem is resolved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am an ACE certified entomologist or field-study entomologist. Basically I have proven through my experience that I can take the proper scientific approach to resolve pest issues.
