- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All fees that may appear are typically discussed and noted in our estimates Discounts depend on a project size. All is negotiable, we prefer to build relationships rather than to do steep rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Please better send us all the details about your project. 2. We typically reply within 30 min and ask questions we need. We can do a fixed flat rate, rough flat rate for labor and materials( it depends on a project type). If it works we can schedule the time and the day to come and do the job or the time to visit your place. 3. If the price works after you get an estimate from us after visiting we come and do the job on the scheduled time. 4. Our manager is live 8-5 , so you are updated with everything during the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members have experience that lets us say we can do what we claim. Reviews from previous customers confirm that we tell the truth. We invest in our equipment so that helps us to perform better.
