- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive the information for a new client, we contact them to set up a date and time to meet with them to discuss project details. We follow up our phone call with a email containing information about us; credentials, references, and general information. At the scheduled time, we will meet the client at the project location to go over details and expectations of results. We follow up this meeting with a written estimate. During the project we keep the client informed of the stages of the project and the progress.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The advice we would give to a client looking to hire a painter is to check their credentials and references. Ask their references what type of work was performed, if they were happy with the quality and if they would hire them again. Check to see if they offer written warranties and be sure to check the details of the warranty: what is covered, who is responsible for what, etc.
