My experiences with Rick began a few years ago, when he began training/coaching me at a martial arts school where we practiced. I post this because simply knowing him has motivated me to be a better person in life. In the school, his directions were clear, concise. I liked that he was genuine, and never explained anything that he had not experienced himself. One trait that made him such a great coach, was his ability to detach, and take a look at challenges and obstacles from an outside perspective, that others may not be able to see. I have never seen him back down from an extreme challenge. Other traits that I noticed about him were his authentic positivity, and a ferocious determination to help others accomplish their goals, while at the same time being humble enough to listen to others and learn. I later came to realize that he is this way because he thrives on helping others perform to the best of their ability, and because he cares. I can always count on Rick, and I trust him. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in a trainer/coach role for most of my professional career. I am a certified life coach as well as a Six Sigma Black Belt certified in lean business management. My drive to help my clients succeed is contagious, and helps allow the clients to see that they have what it takes to reach their goals.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients range through all ages. Everyone has the opportunity to benefit from my service. As long as you have a goal and a desire to improve, we can get there.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a coach, you need someone who connects with you while at the same time can push you through accountability and make breakthroughs through creativity.
