On time did exactly what I needed done gave a ruff price on message then when Jon - Steven the tech showed up they revalued what we had and gave us a fair price great service will be useing them again next week

As soon as I looked for a quote I instantaneously got a response from the guys at RI junk removal they came to the house removed everything I needed removed in a timely and cleanly fashion I recommend these guys to anyone!

Stay away. I clearly described each item they would be picking up and noted that there was one flight of stairs. I was quoted a price and when they arrived to pick up the items they said there would be an additional cost of $375. If you use them, make sure you work out all details prior to the job, they claim they did not have all the information but they did.
