I recently enjoyed Baby's Bonetown BBQ at a festival where they were one of the food offerings. I had the brisket dinner. Service was prompt and friendly, the food was delicious and the portions generous. The brisket itself was flavoful, further enhanced by a modets smothering (self-administered) of the chef's own spicy sweet sauce. The collards were perfectly cooked with just the right amount of tang and the cornbread was moist and addicting. I'll be looking for other venues featuring Baby's and their great southern style barbeque.

Shane was responsive. They arrived on time. Food was excellent! They were professional and exactly what we were hoping for. We'd hire them again for an event!
