- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will be taking Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance and do sliding scale when necessary. My fee is normally $150
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do an initial phone call to discuss the client's needs and to make sure this is a good fit for both of us. After answering any questions, we then schedule our first appointment. I can often get clients scheduled within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work, a license and over 20 years of experience with individual and family counseling.
