What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer individual sessions and packages. Individual sessions are $125. I offer a four session package for $450 and a twelve session package for $1250. Session are typically 50 minutes and can be done in person, over the phone or via Skype. Session can be scheduled weekly, every other week, or more than a week depending on the wishes of the client. The packages include unlimited email support between sessions and i will accept short (10 minute) calls between sessions to help address an urgent need.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the first session, I interview the client in order to get to know him/her better and to gain a clearer understanding what their goals objectives are for their coaching sessions. During following sessions, the client is encouraged to set the agenda in roder to ensure their greatest needs are addressed in each session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Certified Professional Coaching credentials from the Fowler International Academy of Professional Coaching and my Master Business Coaching credentials from the Fowler School of Business and Executive Coaching. The CPC course from FIA is recognized by the International Coaching Federation. Prior to receiving my coaching credentials, I spent the previous 30 years in the ministry serving churches in Ohio and Indiana.
