- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing system but find its better to look at the job before giving a solid quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first get to know my new customer a little and the work at hand before I take down information and give a quote. I like to talk preferences. Some customers like a natural look and some like a very manicured look for an example.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started landscaping when I was 13 years old in Bergen county NJ. I did this for a few years and then started landscaping in Warwick NY for Warwick lawn and garden. I also worked for Philippine industries tree nursery during my high school years. After school of course. LOL. In my early 20s I worked for other local landscapers when in 2001 I finally started my own landscaping business and never looked back.
