- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system - especially for new customers. Once we have serviced your pond once, we can put you into our system and you will receive a contract each spring with your pond opening (cleaning) service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The easiest process is to send me some pictures to my email or text them to my cell phone
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend pond contracting continuing education classes each year in Chicago and York, PA
