What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers that are remote the fee is as is, but for customers that I have to travel to the job site there is a min. of 4 hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally will meet or talk over the phone with the customer to discuss their needs and requirement. Then we will discuss a plan of what will best fit the customers needs and get the work done on a timely manor.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked on quickbooks desktop for over 21 year and I'm a pro advisor for quickbooks online.
