The technician was very fast, wasted no time and identified a problem we were unaware of which saved us money in the long run. He was very nice and knowledgable. The problem he found was a mistake made by a different company that did the original installation. We will always use Carmack HVAC.

We had a wire cut short on our thermostat not doing its job & Darin was quick to locate & solve the problem. Great customer service & a quick turn around time. I'd recommend this company 1000 times over.
