- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will text, call, or email extensively to ensure we are a good match. This will include a picture of the animal and any information about the job I will be completing, including their name, your expectations, the time frame you will need my services, etc. I generally like to do a quick meet and greet with the animal prior to pet-sitting as well so they can familiarize themselves with me and be comfortable for when I come to pet sit. I do not expect keys to be handed over, but instead for us to designate where a pair of keys will be hidden.
