- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a service charge of $50.00 and if you go with the repair this will be waived.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once at your place I will diagnose the appliance and give you an accurate quote on repair, once you sign off on the repair and agree to the cost I will proceed with the repair barring you do not need a special part ordered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive training in appliance repair.
