Introduction: Over 10 years of construction including complete home building from the ground to completion, rehab of foreclosed properties and project management. Every job would need to be reviewed in person with the customer for a fair and accurate proposal. This assures that we are on the same page in regards to expectations of work and the end result is a happy satisfied customer when the project is completed. My biggest thrill is the final result, taking something from concept to reality and the excitement of the homeowner when the project is completed.

Professional from initial visit to completion. We had a new roof installed. We were educated on the proper way and proper materials which other contractors never even mentioned. We made the right choice for sure.

New deck installed this past summer. This was a high end trex deck with white vinyl railing. Well built with great attention to detail. My only negative was it took longer than I expected but that was due to some design changes we made and we waiting until late summer to order this work which was busy season. I suggest getting on the spring schedule sooner than later to avoid delay. Over all we love the deck and it was well worth the time we waited.

No, every job is unique.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project is reviewed in person with the customer, while I may quote a general price here on Thumbtack that general quote is not the final cost. I want to make sure that I understand the project you are asking to have completed and properly price the job based on your requirements and needs. This can only be done by meeting you the customer and going over the project with you. I will then provide a quote based on the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years in the construction field, building homes, renovations and project managing.
