- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices quoted are for "Day of Coordination" and are very broad. I also offer partial and full planning packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends what package they are looking for and how much work they have already done in selecting venues/vendors. I try to get as much information about their style, ideas and budget before I make suggestions. It's all about feeling comfortable with each other and letting them know I have been planning events for a very long time and feel very confident in my abilities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of event planning in The Caribbean ( destination weddings) and the US. I have am a Registered Nurse in the UK, so work well under pressure.
