My experience with Louis is as a co-worker. He's a good business man and even better engineer/technician. His main concern is for the customer and getting the job done right. Once thing that separates Louis from other contractors/technicians is his attention to detail, all of them and how they add up to the sum total of a project. He will tell you what you need to hear not necessarily what you want to hear, which leads to a trust factor that you can't see in a bid or proposal, only on the finished project being on budget and on time.
