- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the types of service and the level of involvement. I can do your weekly payroll, or I can provide full service bookkeeping and virtual assistance, maintaining all records for your CPA at the end of the year. Steve jobs said it best “It doesn’t make sense to hire smart people and then tell them what to do; we hire smart people so they can tell us what to do.”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would first establish their "pain points", what services they need. Once the need is determined, a customized plan and pricing would be agreed upon. If the client feels that I would best serve their needs, we would proceed with an onboarding process to resolve the issue and help their business reach its full potential!
