M&N Construction Group LLC were the obvious best choice. M&N Construction Group has performed various jobs in our house, the last job was to build a new concrete sidewalk, apron and driveway. They handled the permits with the town and inspections very well, promptly and professionally. They made sure that the work followed the local code and were ready and on-site attending all the inspections. The general contractor is on top of all issues and responds to all your questions/comments promptly. In addition to being courteous, responsive, professional and well organized, their charges for their services were below other quotes received from other builders in the area. They were on-time and performed all work neatly. I'm really happy I chose them to work on our house.

The Team Landscape my backyard in Maplewood, NJ from scratch. Digging up old asphalt , putting down Pavers , columns, lights and fencing . The Team showed up ontime daily and the job was completed a little before schedule end time. Thanks to Irwin and Team. I was pleased with the job.

This guy did my brand new roof. he did not remove the old plywood he just put the shingle over it. and now I have leaking in my kitchen He also installed a toilet on the top floor but did not fasten it and water ran down to the basement. I am currently suing this scum and cannot recommend this crook to my worst enemy

no really because each project is different.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I call customer right away to make an appointment. I introduce myself and I always show pictures of my previous jobs, also a list of my references. I ask for customer e-mail to send estimate and I send estimate by e-mail with a professional format. My secretary follows up until customer says no.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been worker and seller for over 15 years, the life was my best training.
