Charles and Joe did an excellent job. I got a playhouse for my kids for Easter. They picked it up for me, put it together, leveled the ground, and built a platform. The kids love it and so do I. I would definitely recommend Central VA Residential Services. Thanks Charles and Joe!

Hired CVRS, LLC. to re-caulk and re-paint areas around my house. He showed up right when he said he would, did the job right, and offered me a very competitive rate (the best). He was professional and had no issues with my two dogs! He was even willing to share his methods with me which I really appreciated. I would definitely use their services again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I perfer flat, turnkey pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will communicate will my customers using their preferred method. I am flexible. Most of the time with a few questions I can give a ball park estimate of the project to save time for both parties. Once we arrive a firm price is set and agreed to and we get to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of CATEC maintenance mechanic training. Electrical, plumbing carpentry, and HVAC. 18 years of maintenance experience. 15 years of that being a supervisor.
