- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I perfer flat, turnkey pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will communicate will my customers using their preferred method. I am flexible. Most of the time with a few questions I can give a ball park estimate of the project to save time for both parties. Once we arrive a firm price is set and agreed to and we get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of CATEC maintenance mechanic training. Electrical, plumbing carpentry, and HVAC. 18 years of maintenance experience. 15 years of that being a supervisor.
