- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't play games with pricing. We have one price for all of our clients. One thing that is very unique about my company is that we provide a "Best Value Guarantee". Sometimes companies run promotions or cut out key services to make their systems cheaper. My company will match the price even though we have superior equipment and protections. We will not allow our clients to choose another company because of price and we still deliver the best value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with making sure that the homeowner has a need for solar. Most people with an electric bill that own their home are great candidates. Early on I like to establish what level of service and access that they get with me. I give everything to my clients and their satisfaction is my job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the industry for 10 years. In solar years that's about 100 years! I am well aware of the rules and regulations and the intricate details that many others gloss over. This puts me in a far better position than most to properly help families go solar. I have grown with the industry as many things are changing daily. You are never done learning about solar and renewable energy so I read anything about solar that I can get my hands on. I work for the number one solar provider in the country and they have a rigorous ongoing training that I complete as it is created.
