- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing changes depending on what is needed from us. We do send out standard quote prices based on the posts we see, however, we may drop the price if we feel that the work is much simpler than first anticipated, or even ask to raise it if the customer feels that the problem is bigger than first indicated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our team enjoys having a Q&A call set up upon the acceptance of any of our quotes. This is to better understand what the customer is looking for, as well as what we can exactly provide the customer as a deliverable. Our relationship with our customer, is just as important to us, as the work that we do for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of Rochester Institute of Technology Grads, who have Bachelors degrees in New Media Marketing, Finance, as well as members, who are almost complete with their MBA's in Management Information Technology, as well as Finance. Our team has a very firm grasp on how the business work operates, as well as a great understanding of the new and upcoming technology that will change the way we do business today. Adapting to these changes, is what we specialize in.
