We moved to Webster two years ago and had no idea who to choose as a realtor when we decided to sell our home. We have always used the same realtor who we felt comfortable with and now had to establish a new relationship with someone we could trust. Laurie Saffran was our pick and we are so happy we decided to choose her. From minute one, Laurie proved to be knowledgeable, trustworthy, reliable, and competent. We have never had an experience where everything was taken care of. We have always had to schedule appraisals and surveys, etc. In our experience with Laurie, it was all scheduled and this made the home selling process so easy and painless. Whenever I had a question or concern, she replied promptly and provided a solution or assured me that the concern I thought I had was taken care of. We sold our home quickly and our move out of state was uneventful mostly because I didn't have to worry about our home or the closing after we moved. Laurie went above and beyond our expectations and I couldn't be more thankful and appreciative. If we ever move back to the area, we will definitely call Laurie again.
