FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm straight forward and upfront with what total costs will be before the job is even started.I charge a reasonable hourly rate. Included in the rate are my time, the supplies I use, as well as gas and drive time. I don't throw in extra cost or sudden price hikes. The extra mile is also includes in my services. Meaning.... if thrash needs to go out then it goes out. If something extra needs to be cleaned it gets cleaned without extra charge being tacked on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I'm marked as hired I like to set up a client a meet and greet before the initial clean. This is at no cost to you and at your convenience. Estimates are free. Job expectations and details will be discussed. This is also the where both our personalities meet. It is of most importance to me that you're comfortable with me being in your space. If you're not comfortable or uneasy then it makes it harder for me to do my job to the fullest 100% potential.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my early 20's I would go to Silverthorne colorado to help my mom clean condos and vacation resorts. Before going to school in the mornings I would go clean a department before opening. I've worked for a Rehabilitation hospital as a housekeeper. And now I clean commercial buildings and residential homes.
