We called Fuller Services to fix a water leakage problem outside. Will called me back promptly and fit me in his schedule the same day. He came at exactly the time he said he would and gave us 30 minutes notice, which was very courteous. When he got here, he diagnosed the problem (something we never even considered that could be the leakage source) quickly and fixed it efficiently and in a cost effective manner. Then he checked a few other plumbing needs for us for good measure! I don't think we have ever been so happy with service. Highly recommend!!!

If you need a good plumber read this review. I did not know anyone associated with Fuller services prior to this experience. I live in Southern Pines. My daughter lives in North Raleigh and needed a plumber. I told her I would coordinate a solution. I contacted several plumbers in the Raleigh area and got quotes. I arranged to meet with two of the plumbers at my daughters place in Raleigh. I let both of them know that I needed the job done that day because I had to get back home that evening. After meeting with both plumbers I hired Fuller Services. The reasons he got the job was: 1). He showed up on time! 2). He had a plumbers truck loaded with supplies. 3). He wore booties when entering the house "clean". 4). We talked about placing the water main shutoff inside the house instead of in the crawlspace and replacing the hot water tank to gain some storage space. I liked William Fullers plan. 5) Price was competitive. William Fuller also installed a new shower / tub valve and 10 new water shutoffs at lavatories and sinks. Fortunately I made the right choice in hiring Fuller Services. His price was not the cheapest but the job was professional and completed by 5:30 same day. You made my job of being a concerned father seamless. The work was professional and clean!! I still had time to enjoy dinner with my daughter and got home before dark. If we ever need any more plumber work done I definitely know who I will be calling! Thank you.

Fuller Services arrived promptly on a Saturday afternoon and after some digging around the water meter, Bill was quick to diagnose the problem; a leak on the copper line that joins the water meter with the main line. He was meticulous in his work and upfront on costs. Professionalism counts now more than ever, and I would highly recommend Fuller Services to whomever has plumbing issues now or in the future. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We mostly use a flat rate pricing system, which means you will not pay for more labor than is needed. Without charging by the hour, it allows us to ensure you the job is done properly, while at the same time maintaining a steady work flow. No "killing time" to add a little extra to the bill!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get the new customer set up in our computer system, we figure out all the details such as where we should be parking when we arrive, if there is a certain door to come up to, and we save that information for future appointments to avoid hassle.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do product training once a week on different/ new products. As of now we hold a p1 plumbing license (which means we can work on residential and commercial) a level 2 septic installers license, backflow certification, and well certification.
