FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing, 60% of the time, is based on a square foot, or linear foot price point. The remaining 40% of jobs estimated are based on man hours of labor cost, and projected material costs, then we combine the two. We do provide a military discount for active duty, and retired or prior service military. Ask your sales representative should you fit in this category.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when working with a new customer, I like to meet them in person to get to know the customer, understand their sense of style and ultimately what there expectations of their finished project is. Also to look over the job so that I may provide a detailed oriented estimate to the consumer. I like to get to know them so that they understand my goal is to give them what they want. Not try to sell them on something different, or change their mind. I provide them with as much information possible, so that they may make an educated decision, regarding their remodeling process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been remodeling houses since I was about 10 years old. My father owned a remodeling company, so I pretty much grew up in this industry.
