John is very professional and personal. He repaired a 35 year old recliner couch. He gave it a good check and replaced the cushions. We thought the springs needed replacement but he said they did not. He does a great job and does not try to do more than necessary. He also replaced the cushions on two chairs. We are very pleased with John and his work.
