- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies but is competitive and fair. $75 per session / listing is my standard fee. This fee covers my 'time' (pre-session communications, travel, up to one hour of shooting & post-session communications). $250+ / event. Actual fee is based on event type, number of hours & other factors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction: getting to know the client to establish expectations, accommodations & a cohesive working relationship. Interaction: during the shoot / event, I strive to keep it fun and easy going; alleviating any stress and anxiety. Follow up: maintaining contact with the client after the session to ensure they are 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught, but have taken several courses offered by other professional photographers. For the past 5 years I have trained with and currently shoot weddings through another studio.
