FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't. I just don't think it's fair to paint with such a broad stroke. Every situation is different and should be treated as such right from the very first day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I want to know is what your goals are. What needs to happen in order for you to determine that our work together has been an overwhelming success. Once I really understand your needs, we start discussing your business. Where are you at? Who are your competitors? Who is your ideal client? Next, I take apart your current marketing efforts (website, social media profiles, etc) and study your competitors. I devise a strategy by reverse engineering your goals and everything else I learned along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have no formal training in what I do. In fact, I think having formal training in this industry is a handicap. Every business is different. Every scenario is different. Every industry is different. You don't learn how I do out of a book. You learn it through 15+ years of experience seeing and doing it all!
