FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For one-on-one sessions, I offer packages. The more sessions you purchase for the month, the more money you save for each session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At first, a consultation. In person (preferred), or on the phone. From the potential client's prospective (you), you can get to know me as a trainer, my personality, training style, and it's a great time to ask as many questions as you may have. From my prospective, the more I know about the person, the better I can plan their fitness program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After becoming a certified personal trainer, I put more focus on strength and conditioning. Even though I have helped many people with a variety of different goals, muscle strength is extremely important (and not stressed enough) for women.
