About this pro

How does your business stand out?

I'm a firm believer that in order to reach your fitness goals, the best way is the natural way, meaning, proper exercise, and proper nutrition. Although those "quick fix" approaches may work, they can also put your body through a lot of stress, deplete your energy level, and as fast as you may lose the weight, you gain it back just as fast. Supplements that claim they can help you lose weight faster, or grow bigger muscles, aren't approved by the FDA, and most likely, any research on them are biased. So, that means the best way to get the vitamins and minerals your body needs, you can easily get them from the foods you eat. With over 20 years of studying martial arts, my training style is a hybrid of traditional exercise and martial arts. So, you can chose to train with traditional exercise, or mix in some kickboxing. Either way you will burn calories, tone up, and have fun. For more information, and client testimonials, check out

    Best Trainer on Long Island!
If you want a real trainer who honestly cares about your well being and checks up on you constantly, hire LTL Fitness! She is professional, but yet personable. I cant tell you how many times I was going to quit, if it wasnt for Lynn and her way of getting your butt off the couch, I wouldnt be here to leave this review. My quality of life was going in the wrong direction before I met Lynn. Now I can honestly say I learned to live!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For more information on pricing, please check out my website. We would also determine which package will be right for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At first, a consultation. In person (preferred), or on the phone. From the potential client's prospective (you), you can get to know me as a trainer, my personality, training style, and it's a great time to ask as many questions as you may have. From my prosprctive, the more I know about the person, the better I can plan their fitness program.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a personal trainer for a few years, and for the past 20 years, I've studied martial arts. I really put all of my focus on weight loss, muscle hypertrophy (muscle toning), and weight management, so these are my specialties.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was leading an unhealthy lifestyle, loved the changes I was seeing when I decided to make a change.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly women between the ages 30-50, who either had an event they wanted to get in shape for, or felt like they've tried everything to lose weight, but couldn't get passed where they were. So, these women came to me for help. Also, women who just want to improve their overall health, strength, and flexibility.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Anything that you feel will be valuable to you.
