What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For more information on pricing, please check out my website. We would also determine which package will be right for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At first, a consultation. In person (preferred), or on the phone. From the potential client's prospective (you), you can get to know me as a trainer, my personality, training style, and it's a great time to ask as many questions as you may have. From my prosprctive, the more I know about the person, the better I can plan their fitness program.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a personal trainer for a few years, and for the past 20 years, I've studied martial arts. I really put all of my focus on weight loss, muscle hypertrophy (muscle toning), and weight management, so these are my specialties.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was leading an unhealthy lifestyle, loved the changes I was seeing when I decided to make a change.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly women between the ages 30-50, who either had an event they wanted to get in shape for, or felt like they've tried everything to lose weight, but couldn't get passed where they were. So, these women came to me for help. Also, women who just want to improve their overall health, strength, and flexibility.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Anything that you feel will be valuable to you.
